چکیده

An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary inositol on growth performance, lipid metabolism, and expression related genes hybrid grouper (♀ Epinephelus fuscoguttatus × ♂ E. lanceolatu) (initial body weight 6.76 ± 0.34 g). Six isonitrogenous isolipidic (16.35%) diets were formulated contain graded levels (0.17 g/kg (J1), 0.62 (J2), 1.03 (J3), 1.78 (J4), 3.43 (J5), 6.59 (J6)). The results indicated that (a) gain rate appeared gradually increasing trend significant increase in four treatments (J3, J4, J5, J6) ( id="M2"> P < 0.05 ). Protein efficiency ratio slightly improved J4 group id="M3"> ), but there no difference exhibiting survival between inositol-treated groups control id="M4"> > (b) In serum, significantly reduced contents triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein, clearly increased content high-density lipoprotein id="M5"> liver, decreased TG, TC, very id="M6"> activities lipase, hepatic adipose lipase id="M7"> (c) With supplement, decreasing droplet could be observed hepatocyte. (d) downregulated mRNA fatty acid synthase (FAS), acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC), 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (6PGD), sterol regulatory element-binding protein-1 (SREBP1) id="M8"> while it remarkably upregulated (LPL), hormone-sensitive (HSL), carnitine palmitoyl transferase1 (CPT1) id="M9"> summary, composition liver through synthesis catabolism. Under experimental conditions, broken-line regression analysis showed 1.23~1.67 recommended juvenile high-lipid diets.

Backcross breeding between TGGG hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus  E. lanceolatus) and giant grouper (E. lanceolatus)

This paper reports on the first successful backcross breeding between TGGG hybrid grouper and GG in captivity. To establish a seed production technique for this new backcross grouper, eggs and larval development were observed. Three successful spawning was observed in November 2018, September 2019 and November 2019. The eggs were collected using stripping methods and the sperms were collected u...

Histological assessments of intestinal immuno-morphology of tiger grouper juvenile, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus

Histological assessments on the intestinal morphology and immunity of tiger grouper juveniles, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus help in determining the earliest age to start an oral vaccination. This study describes the morphological development of the intestinal immunity of tiger grouper of various ages. Clinically healthy tiger groupers were selected and divided into 4 groups of 20 fish per group. G...

Effects of dietary dihydropyridine supplementation on growth performance and lipid metabolism of broiler chickens

An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dihydropyridine supplementation on growth performance and lipid metabolism of broilers. A total of 480 one-day-old female Arbor Acres broiler chicks were randomly divided into four groups, each group had six replications of 20 birds. Each group was fed a maize-soybean meal diet supplemented with 0, 100, 200, 300 mg/kg dihydropyridine, re...
